Jesse Gold graduated first in his class from South Texas College of Law in 2019. He then spent 2 years working for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney. He then spent the last 2 years defending the rights of his community seeking justice for those accused of criminal violation.
During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Jesse has reviewed and evaluated thousands of misdemeanor and felony criminal law cases and argued countless others on behalf of the State of Texas. Jesse also worked in the Domestic Violence Division, focusing on family violence cases. This experience provided him with a unique perspective and insight into how the Harris County District Attorney’s Office approaches cases and enables him to provide our clients with an in-depth analysis of what to expect when considering a plea bargain or taking a case to trial. If you are wrongfully accused of a crime or just made a mistake and deserve a second chance, you need an ally to fight on your behalf and understand the legal environment where these fights take place.
Jesse’s goal is always simple – to get your case dismissed. If this isn’t possible, he won’t just tell you what the state is offering and say take it or let’s go to trial. Jesse will go through all the evidence, discuss strengths and weaknesses, provide you with his advice based on his training and experience, and support your decision on how to proceed no matter what that decision is. The decisions you make in your legal representation are likely to alter the path of your life. You not only need someone that listens to you and cares about your future but for someone willing and capable of getting you the best results possible by zealously advocating on your behalf.
